CJW-3000 PLC controlled (fluorescence) magnetic flaw detector for shaft is a mechanotronical equipment,using international advanced eletronical techniques and CJV international circuit.L arge Yoke is used longitudinally to avoid ignition phenomenon caused by coils-switching. This equipment could do longitudinal magnetization, circumferential magnetization and compound magnetization. Could autimatically finish the following process: clampping, rotating, spraying, magnetizing, observing, demagnetizing and so on. No blind spot on both ends.
